Students from an elementary School in Quezon City use a makeshift slide to play on the gutter after a sudden downpour in Metro Manila on Thursday. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomic Services (PAGASA) said a Low Pressure Area is affecting the southern part of the country.
