PAHIYAS ATTRACTS THOUSANDS

Tourists have their pictures taken at the window of a house decorated with kiping (rice wafer) and other farm produce during the annual Pahiyas Festival in Lucban, Quezon on Tuesday. The festival, known for the colorful decorations of houses, attracts thousands of tourists every year.

The group of photography enthusiasts is campaigning for relaxed rules on photography in places open to the public.
